Infection - A gamemode where 1 player starts as the infected and every player they kill is transferred to their team. Racing - Although it's not the core gameplay, Far Cry's vehicles do drive nicely. It would be a fun change of pace to have a race mode included in the game (with and without weapons).

Simply try and change your content provider by : Steam > Settings > Downloads. From here you can change your download provider. Simply try a different region and then re-download the game files.
The games that Amazon and epic give you for free works on GFN because from when you claim the game it is yours. With the gamepass not! Are in some way rented to you and I can be wrong but, if I recall correctly, when you play pc games in windows with the gamepass you must be logged into Xbox app because you had downloaded and installed the game
Yes simply add PROTON_LOG=1 to launch options also try in lutris a few games which don't work in proton for me work fine with lutris and wine-tkg. You can even use the same proton prefix. There are games like asssassins creed 2 and brotherhood which have problemes with key activation on proton but works fine through winesteam.

I have been getting along using the Steam Big Picture settings, and have mapped the right and left D Pad directions to G and H, I think that's right, whatever the keyboard equivalent is for commanding the Guns For Hire.
